Job Title: Sales & Partnerships Manager

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 remote)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: Negotiable
Salary: £40,000 base + commission

Role Overview:
As Sales & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for securing new business, managing current partners, and supporting the commercial growth of Sport Industry Group across its flagship awards, events, memberships, and digital properties. This role suits someone passionate about sport, experienced in sales, and hungry to build strong B2B relationships in a high-profile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue across sponsorship, ticketing, awards entries, memberships, media partnerships, and bespoke events.
Build engagement across the Sport Industry Awards and MAD//Sports.
Identify and build lead lists of key organisations, sectors, and decision-makers.
Execute outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach, prospecting, and meetings.
Manage the sales cycle from pitch to close, including renewals and account management.
Attend events and monitor industry trends to generate new commercial opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and pipelines using a CRM system.
Create compelling proposals, sales decks, and partner documentation.
Candidate Profile:
You will have:
3+ years’ experience in a sales and partnerships role, ideally within the sport industry.
A proven track record of securing new business and building long-term relationships.
Knowledge of the sport business ecosystem – sectors, trends, and key stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with excellent attention to detail.
The right to work in the UK, with relevant documentation.
