Role Overview:

OneFootball is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to oversee relationships with over 100 football clubs, leagues, and federations, including shareholders such as Liverpool FC, Manchester City, and MLS. This high-impact role will serve as a key liaison between OneFootball’s core business units—Media Platform, OTT, and Marketplace—and the global football ecosystem, driving commercial value and alignment across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, manage, and expand high-impact external partnerships across territories.

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders at operational and executive levels.

  • Support internal teams by enabling partner-related opportunities to meet business goals.

  • Lead on partnership execution, ensuring value delivery and sustainable growth.

  • Monitor industry trends and partner dynamics to guide strategic direction.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise the value of the partner network.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing partnerships within football clubs, leagues, or federations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across cross-functional environments.

  • Commercial awareness of the global football landscape and key industry players.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to both planning and execution.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented under changing conditions.

Desirable:

  • Experience across international markets and organisations.

  • Background in OTT, marketplace, sales, or business development.

  • Fluency in an additional language (e.g. Spanish or German).
