Role Overview:

Reporting into the Digital Growth Marketing function, this role is essential in maintaining and evolving the team’s digital platforms. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless content experience for fans while supporting innovation and user engagement across web channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily content updates on redbullracing.com and The Paddock using CMS tools

  • Ensure timely, accurate delivery of digital campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Optimise frontend content presentation for user experience and brand consistency

  • Monitor platform KPIs and generate actionable insights to improve content performance

  • Recommend enhancements based on competitor research and digital trends

  • Support testing, QA, and feature rollouts to maintain technical excellence

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrable interest in digital content, motorsport, and fan engagement

  • Experience with CMS tools and managing web content

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced digital setting

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance data

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for digital
