About the Role
Everton Football Club is looking for a talented and creative Video Content Producer to join its Marketing and Digital Department. This is a key opportunity to help shape the Club’s video output at a transformative time, as both men’s and women’s teams move into exciting new stadiums — including the state-of-the-art Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The role will focus on producing high-quality, engaging matchday and non-matchday video content across Club platforms and social channels. From highlights and player interviews to behind-the-scenes features and fast-turnaround edits, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in connecting with fans and telling the Everton story through compelling visual content.
Working in live, fast-paced environments, the Video Content Producer will support content delivery for thousands of supporters every week — showcasing the personality, passion and pride that define Everton Football Club.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and deliver high-quality video content across matchday and non-matchday requirements.
Edit engaging match highlights, pre/post-match interviews, player arrivals, and behind-the-scenes features.
Create content for a wide range of platforms — social media, internal Club channels, and potential media/broadcast partners.
Apply editorial control and ensure delivery meets competition holdbacks and platform-specific requirements.
Manage footage processing, archiving, and organisation using the Club’s content systems.
Collaborate with the Digital and Content teams to meet distribution needs across an expanding range of platforms.
Who We're Looking For
Experience in football-focused digital content production.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Suite tools such as After Effects.
Strong understanding of video formats, encoding, and exporting for digital use.
Familiarity with cloud editing solutions and online media workflows.
Creative thinker with fresh ideas, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
Able to operate autonomously under pressure and meet tight deadlines in matchday environments.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends, with flexibility for post-match editing and distribution.

Position: Video Content Producer
Location: Initially based at the Royal Liver Building; future work across Hill Dickinson Stadium, Goodison Park, and hybrid/flexible working available.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (including evenings/weekends)
