The Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering integrated consumer communications strategies that enhance the visibility of Red Bull’s F1 teams. The role involves shaping cultural relevance, supporting race weekend media logistics, and engaging with lifestyle, entertainment, and news outlets to extend brand reach beyond motorsport.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement consumer communications plans aligned with media and lifestyle strategies.
Support race weekend media operations, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging.
Build and manage strong relationships with key lifestyle, entertainment, and news media outlets.
Monitor and evaluate communications performance, including coverage, sentiment, and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Social, Fan Engagement) and Red Bull markets to maximise campaign impact.
Support brand and partner communications for launches, activations, and technical milestones.

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR:

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Proven background in sports or lifestyle communications, with strong media relationships.
Experience in crisis communications and agency management preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, including race weekends.
Strategic thinking and the ability to create and measure impactful comms plans.
Understanding of sports communication strategies and awareness of emerging tools and technologies.
Willingness to travel internationally and to the Milton Keynes campus throughout the year.
